Drifter--a new horse --- an urgent need !!!!

Drifter, is a sweet QH gelding, he had an abcess in his right eye, & the treatment for it, just didn't work! So now he has to have his eye removed. We have had two vets check him & they

concure that the eye has to come out. The surgery & vet checks will cost Safe Haven about

$800.00!!! Drifter is scheduled for surgery next Wed, May 6th. Once again we are asking & HOPING for your help!! If we all can kick in a few dollars, than the burden will be easier on all of us. If you can help, we have pay pal on our website @ http://www.safehavenhorserescue.org/

Re-adding the second page!

I hope this works! Linda R. found that when you get the hand on any of the flyers or pictures you can click on the item & it will become full size so you can actually read it! BUT, the second page would'nt do that SO we'll try her again!!!!!!! Wish me luck!

We have a FILLY!!!!!!

Safe Haven Horse Rescue's new baby girl was born on April 17th 2009!!
Stormy's due date was suppose to be June!!!!!! We at the rescue were pretty sure she wasn't
going to go that long, & when our volunteer Lindsey went to the ranch on Fri. about 1pm &
there she was! Lindsey called Linda R. & then Linda called the rest of us! Linda had so many phone calls her phone had to be charged!!!!!
This pretty little filly is going to need a name! Safe Haven's May Newsletter will have all the details of how you can be involved! If you don't all ready receive our newsletter you can
