Dolly meets Kailee, the Equine Chiropractor!

Dolly met Kailee, the Equine Chiropractor the other day, & she was a little shy at first BUT after a few well placed 'moves ' I think she said she was in LOVE!!!!
Safe Haven's founder Linda R. found out that Dolly had somehow fell into the ravine the previous owners used to dump their poop in, & was head first going down hill & that she could NOT get  her self UP! So Linda figured she could probably really use an adjustment!

She is just getting started w/ Dolly here. That's Freckles & Bobby socks in the other pen, watching what going on! Freckles got adjusted a few days later too!
That's the spot! Right there Kailee, that's where my headache always is!!! Isn't she just loving that?
Kailee's business is called Happy Horse Adjusting  530-515-5979  At Safe Haven recent Play Day Kailee did adjustments on horses & donated the $ to Safe Haven! THANK YOU KAILEE!!!!
Now Kailee is doing some neck exercises for our Dolly. Dolly has settled in nicely at Safe Haven & talks to you when you're bringing her, her food! For the first couple of weeks, we like for them to just settle in & get to know that; they Will get fed regularity, & Yes there Will be treats & YES there will lot's of Pets & Hugs!
More adjusting on the neck! Kailee also worked on Big D, the thoroughbred, Andy the Great Grandson to Secretariat, & Billy another T/B that very same day!
Kailee brings her 'bench' with her but ya know sometimes it's just NOT TALL ENOUGH!!!! Kailee just couldn't get enough leverage to adjust Dolly's hips!
SO she figured out how to get HIGHER!

Safe Haven has Dolly on joint supplements as she is a Draft & those poor ole legs Do Carry around a lot of weight!

So Kailee used part of Dolly's pen to get up higher!!!!! Brave young gal!!!!

We sure hope to see you soon out to Safe Haven Horse Rescue! We always welcome the public & like to give ya a 'tour' of all the horses.
Bye for now,
Linda C.,
