Safe Haven Volunteers go to the Kiddie Parade!!!!

It was Rodeo week, here in Cottonwood, we decided to go & promote the barn raffle!!!! The Kiddie parade is held on Front Street, the historic part of Cottonwood! The sidewalks are very high, for the freight wagon deliveries, back in the day, & there are rings for tying up your horse every few feet!!!! Cori is watching the parade, along w/ Billie who is walking advertisement!!!!
My Grand Daughter Lindsy, also joined in the fun w/ her furry toy kitty!
She also advertised for Safe Haven's fundraiser!!!!! She had a blast & has requested to be in the Kiddie Parade for next year!!!! I talked to Linda R. & told we had caught 'parade fever' & she replied that she figured, that would happen!!!!!!

Close up! of the barn flyer!!!!!
As the parade was going, we did not try to sell the tickets, we enjoyed the parade too! Kenny, Lindsy, David, Lydia, & Melissa watched, while sitting on that high sidewalk!
The parade was short & sweet! We will start to focus on the Kiddie parade & the big Saturday parade for next year!!!!! That will be alot of work, but it is a whole lot of fun for all!!!! Wonder what the themes will be????
Bye for now,
Linda C.
