Sessie, gets bling for her pen & is on the news, Channel 12!

Sessie had a very busy day on Friday, April 30th, 2010! The plaque arrived & was put on her pen! A big big; THANK YOU goes out to Dawn, & her organization, After the Finish Line, for the help with Excessorized, great-grand daughter to Secretariat! Sessie personally wants to Thank You too Dawn, she insisted on being in the picture!!!
Action News, KHSL Channel 12, came out to do a story on Sessie, & the Play Day fundraiser, Safe Haven will have tomorrow, May 2, 2010. Phil was very interested in seeing all the horses, & was pretty much 'blown away' about the condition that Sessie came in!
Sessie still needs some pounds, as you can see in this pic. Linda R. said yesterday that she would like to see another 100 to 150 more pounds on her, & seeing her ribs here, she quite right!
Linda is bringing Sessie out of her pen & after they close the gate, she is headed for the arena, for a run & a roll!
Sessie looks so good, & is so shiny! Good job on the grooming Holly!!!!

Sessie had her run, of which, I did not get a picture of "/ (sorry) but look at this pretty face!!! She is quite happy, cuzzzzz, I'm giving her COOKIES!!!
Sessie is back in her pen & Steve is using the weight tape on her, &&&& she now weighs 950lbs!!! She weighed just over 700lbs when she arrived at Safe Haven! You just keep packin' on those pounds Baby Girl!!!!!
Safe Haven Horse Rescue & all us volunteers, & all the T/B's & other horses send PRAYERS & HOPES, for all 20 of the contenders in the Kentucky Derby today, a SAFE RIDE HOME!!!
